At Knead Obscura, we aim to provide a seamless and personalized experience for every client. To help ensure we can meet the needs of all clients, please review our policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and client satisfaction below.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

- If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Client Satisfaction Policy

At Knead Obscura, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service:

- Please inform me during or immediately after the session so I can address your concerns in real time.

- If your concerns cannot be fully addressed during the session, I offer the option to schedule a follow-up session at a discounted rate, tailored to better meet your needs.

- Due to the nature of massage therapy and the time invested in each session, **all services are non-refundable**. I encourage open communication during the session to ensure the best possible outcome.

- If you have concerns after the session, please reach out within 24 hours so we can work together to find a solution.
